Terry brings 25 years of executive experience in healthcare technology SaaS and clinical services. His focus has been chronic health condition management. Most recently, as SVP at Wellframe, he was responsible for overall growth in digital health. Before that, as VP at Teladoc/Livongo, he was responsible for revenue growth and product expansion in the health plan segment for all products.
He graduated with BA from the University of Waterloo (Canada).
Carla Graves, MS, RD, CDCES

Carla is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Education Specialist. She has diverse experience in nutrition counseling, weight management, and diabetes. Her expertise is coaching people on optimizing their health through lifestyle modification including nutrition and exercise. She has a strong background in leveraging technology to improve health outcomes and influence behavior change. Carla is passionate about improving the quality of life and providing others with the knowledge and tools to improve their overall health.
She earned her B.S. in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University. She then spent 5 years in the U.S. Army as a Medical Service Corps Officer before pursuing a MS in Human Nutrition from Drexel University.
