Bart brings extensive global leadership experience in health care, specifically in the medical equipment and weight loss segments. Most recently, he was President, Chief Executive officer of ReShape Lifesciences (Nasdaq: RSLS) driving the turnaround for this premier physician led weight loss company. His previous position as President, CEO was with BroadSpot Imaging Corporation, a privately held breakthrough ophthalmic imaging company, and prior to that he was President of the Wellness Division at Alphaeon Corporation. He previously spent 10 years as the senior executive leading the Inamed and Allergan Health Divisions through their $300M annual revenue growth. He currently serves as a Board Director for Subchondral Solutions, Inc. and Supertec AI. Bart holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Cumbria, UK.
Geoffrey Burgess, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Burgess is currently Chief Medical Officer at Glutalor Medical. Dr. Burgess just retired after 40 years practice as a family medicine specialist with focus on diabetes in west Philadelphia area. Dr. Burgess graduated from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in 1975. Dr. Burgess founded Gateway Medical Associates in 1986 and worked as Medical Director at Tandigm Health from 2014 to 2017.
David Zeng, PhD
Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Zeng is a seasoned medical device and pharmaceutical veteran with more than 25 years of industrial experience. Dr. Zeng spent more than 10 years at Pfizer as a Development Team Leader for cross-functional development projects including drug delivery devices. Prior to starting iWel, Dr. Zeng co-founded Nuron Biotech in 2010 and grew into a commercial company in less than 3 years, serving as Chief Scientific Officer. Dr. Zeng obtained his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Connecticut.
Paul Kim, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Kim is the founder of multiple medical spas and the Legacy Plastic Surgery in Chester County, PA , and was voted as “Top Doc in Plastic Surgery” by his peers for the past 20 years. Dr. Kim is currently on staff at Paoli Hospital and U Penn Chester County Hospital. He has traveled to countries all over the world (most in developing nations) where he performed life-changing operations on children and adults. Dr. Kim graduated from Columbia University and UMass Medical School in 1979.
Robert Morrow, MS
VP, Software Technology
With over 25 years of extensive experience in the software and IT development industry, Robert has established himself as a leader in diverse technological innovation and software engineering. Throughout his career, Rob has held management positions in several prominent technology companies including QVC and Revspring, where he played pivotal roles in driving software development and technology transformation. Rob holds MS in software engineering from Penn State University and BS from Neuraan College.
